Job Title: AWS Data Lead
Location: Fort Mill, SC (Local and nearby candidates only)
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced AWS Data Lead to support data architecture, pipeline design, and AWS-based data solutions. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in AWS services, Python, SQL, and data engineering leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Design scalable and efficient data architectures, including data pipelines and integration with multiple systems
Develop and manage data handling, querying, and system integrations using Python, Java, and SQL
Ensure data quality, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements
Work extensively within the AWS ecosystem, including AWS Glue, Lambda, and S3
Optimize Spark jobs for performance and efficiency
Plan and oversee Sqoop-to-Glue transitions
