Software Engineer

We are seeking a Software Engineer – AI/Generative AI to join our engineering team in the United States. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in software engineering and practical experience with Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, and backend development.

You will contribute to the design, development, and deployment of scalable AI-powered applications while collaborating with engineering and product teams to solve real-world business challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software applications.
• Build and integrate AI-powered features using Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Develop backend services and APIs using Python, Java, or similar programming languages.
• Implement AI solutions involving RAG, embeddings, and intelligent automation.
• Integrate AI models, third-party APIs, and enterprise data sources.
• Write clean, maintainable, and production-ready code.
• Participate in technical design discussions and code reviews.
• Troubleshoot application issues and optimize software performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Support application testing, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.

Basic Qualifications

• 1–4 years of professional experience in software engineering, AI engineering, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or another modern programming language.
• Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
• Experience developing software applications and REST APIs.
• Familiarity with Generative AI, LLMs, or Machine Learning applications.
• Knowledge of Git and software engineering best practices.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with OpenAI APIs, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or LangGraph.
• Knowledge of RAG pipelines, vector databases, and embedding-based search.
• Experience with FastAPI or similar backend frameworks.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or other cloud platforms.
• Understanding of Docker, CI/CD, and application deployment.
• Experience with AI agents and workflow automation.
• Knowledge of SQL or NoSQL databases.

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Equivalent practical experience may be considered.
