Key Responsibilities:
- Perform Computer System Validation (CSV) activities for PTC Windchill PLM applications
- Develop and execute validation documents including:
- Validation Plan (VP)
- User Requirements Specification (URS)
- Functional Specifications (FS)
- Risk Assessment (RA)
- Installation Qualification (IQ)
- Operational Qualification (OQ)
- Performance Qualification (PQ)
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Must have skills: - Windchill, PLM, Validation ,Testing
- Design, review, and execute test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios
- Perform manual functional, integration, and regression testing for Windchill modules
- Validate workflows, lifecycles, access controls, and configuration management
- Good to have- Ensure compliance with FDA 21 CFR Part 11, GAMP 5, and GxP guidelines
- Maintain traceability matrices (RTM) linking requirements to test cases
- Identify, log, and track defects using tools like JIRA, ALM, or equivalent
- Collaborate with business users, developers, QA, and validation teams
- Support change control, impact assessments, and periodic reviews
- Participate in audits and provide validation evidence as required
- Experience in S/4 Hana will be an added Advantage
