Job Overview:
Pay Range: $168.41hr - $172.41hr

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee measurement of global events and partnerships by establishing and maintaining robust measurement frameworks.
  • Monitor trends over time and translate findings into actionable business insights.
  • Design, coordinate, and execute strategic qualitative and quantitative research projects using methodologies such as focus groups, online tools, ethnographies, and simulations.
  • Identify and implement innovative research techniques, including AI-driven methods, to address evolving business needs.
  • Balance in-house research execution with vendor-managed projects while ensuring quality and consistency.
  • Prepare and present research findings through clear, concise reports and compelling presentations.
  • Deliver actionable insights grounded in consumer behavior and aligned with business objectives.
  • Analyze market, competitor, and product data to identify key drivers, trends, and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and research leadership to drive integrated insights and avoid silos.
  • Synthesize data from multiple sources to generate meaningful recommendations and strategic direction.

Required Skills And Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience in consumer insights, market research, or related fields.
  • Strong expertise in measurement frameworks and longitudinal tracking methodologies.
  • Proficiency in both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
  • Experience managing global research initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Experience leveraging advanced analytics and emerging research tools, including AI-based methods.
  • Excellent storytelling and presentation skills to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
  • Ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree in Research, Marketing, Social Sciences, or related field.
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience working on both client-side and vendor/supplier-side research.
  • Familiarity with advanced analytics and consumer behavior modeling techniques.

  • Ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
