Embedded Software Engineer / BSW Platform Integration Engineer with strong experience in
AUTOSAR Classic, embedded C/C++, Python, MCU integration, and Vector-based AUTOSAR platforms. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer who enjoys solving complex hardware-software integration challenges.
Education Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Master's degree preferred
Experience Requirements
- 3+ years of embedded software experience
- 2+ years of C/C++ or Python programming experience
- Strong C/C++ skills with an emphasis on portable, platform-agnostic code
- Experience with I2C, SPI, ICU, PWM, GPT, and CAN
- 1+ year developing proof-of-concept applications for automotive ECUs
- 1+ year working in an Agile environment
- AUTOSAR Classic development/integration experience strongly preferred
- Knowledge of Vector tools, RTE configuration, Linux, ISO 26262, or ASIL A-D is a plus
Job Duties
- Configure and bring up MCU platforms, MCAL drivers, peripherals, and interrupts
- Develop and debug low-level embedded C software
- Configure and integrate AUTOSAR BSW and operating systems
- Integrate CAN DBC and LIN LDF communication
- Develop sleep/wake and low-power functionality
- Integrate application software with platform middleware
- Troubleshoot MCU, BSW, OS, middleware, and application issues
- Optimize RAM usage, CPU load, execution time, and startup performance
- Maintain technical documentation, configurations, and validation results
