Summary

Hi Professional,

We are currently looking for a UAT Program Coordinator – Finance Transformation for contract opportunity in Santa Clara, CA (Onsite).

Position: UAT Program Coordinator – Finance Transformation
Location: Santa Clara, CA – On-site
Duration: Long Term Contract

Key Requirements:

10+ years of experience, including 5–7+ years in Program/Project Management with direct focus on UAT/Test Coordination.
Strong experience driving large-scale UAT execution with business, IT, and PMO stakeholders.
UAT PM experience with Revenue, SAP/S/4HANA, and UAT.
Strong knowledge of software testing lifecycle, test planning, and defect management.
Hands-on experience with Jira Xray for test planning, execution, automation, test script migration, defect tracking, and traceability.
Experience using Xray dashboards/reporting for UAT progress, pass/fail rates, defect severity, and go/no-go readiness.
Strong communication, organization, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Agile/Scrum and change management experience is a plus.
PMP/CAPM preferred.
