A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for an Epic Willow Ambulatory Specialist.

Position type: Full-time/ Contract
Duration: 6+ months
Location: Remote
Shift: 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

As a Epic Willow Ambulatory Specialist, you will:
We are seeking a skilled Epic Application Analyst to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with clinical and technical teams to implement, support, and optimize Epic electronic health record (EHR) systems, with a focus on pharmacy or related clinical modules.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the design, build, testing, and implementation of Epic applications to meet clinical and operational needs
Collaborate with users and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Provide ongoing system support, troubleshooting, and optimization of Epic workflows
Manage configuration, upgrades, and maintenance of Epic modules
Participate in cross-functional projects, ensuring integration across multiple healthcare applications
Develop and maintain technical documentation, training materials, and communication with users
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and organizational policies
Support downtime procedures and system contingency plans

The ideal candidate will have:
Qualifications:

Experience with Epic application build, configuration, and support
Knowledge of hospital pharmacy or clinical workflows
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
Must have an active Epic Willow Certification
Must have Degree Bachelors/Masters

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $75 - $85 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate''s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
