Position: Salesforce Developer/Salesforce Business Analyst – Pharma Domain
Location: East Hanover, NJ, USA
Education: Bachelor's Degree Required (MS/MBA Preferred)
Import - Pharma Domain Experience is Mandatory.
 
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst with strong Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences industry experience to join our team!
 
Key Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from commercial, medical, and business stakeholders.
Translate business needs into functional specifications, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with Salesforce developers, architects, product owners, and business teams.
Support Salesforce CRM implementations, integrations, and enhancements.
Facilitate requirement workshops, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and UAT.
Understand pharmaceutical commercial processes, HCP engagement, customer data management, and CRM workflows.
Ensure alignment with business needs and regulatory requirements.
 
Required Skills & Experience:
Strong experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst.
Mandatory Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences domain experience.
Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Health Cloud.
Understanding of pharmaceutical CRM processes, HCP data, and customer engagement.
Expertise in BRD, FRD, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
