Contract Duration: 24 Months

Required Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
  • Develop and configure solutions on the ServiceNow platform using scripting and configuration.
  • Work extensively with the Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) module.
  • Develop and maintain custom scoped applications.
  • Code, configure, unit test, maintain, and document software deliverables.
  • Follow secure, scalable development standards and best practices.
  • Work with Agile/Scrum teams on technical stories, backlog prioritization, and feature delivery.
  • Participate in code reviews, sprint retrospectives, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Perform manual and automated testing and support continuous integration practices.
  • Evaluate technical impacts and assist with implementation of ServiceNow/product releases.
  • Collaborate with technical stakeholders, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and platform teams.
  • Contribute to Agentic AI / AI-related use cases where applicable.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.


What You Will Be Doing
  • Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Software Engineering.
  • Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Software Engineering challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
  • Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.
  • Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
  • Develop on the ServiceNow platform utilizing configuration and scripting
  • Work on the Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) module
  • Able to contribute towards Agentic AI use cases
  • Able to deliver per best practices in partnership with core and platform team
  • Code, configure, unit test, maintain, and document software deliverables using agreed upon standards and tools
  • Ensure that solutions delivered by self or team members are secure and scalable, comply with defined standards and best practices
  • Ensure product backlog has appropriate technical stories and participates in their prioritization
  • Responsible for communication and collaboration with key stakeholders in the delivery of features
  • Maintain depth of technical understanding of third party/cloud solutions
  • Evaluate technical impacts from and coordinates implementation of new product releases
  • Communicate daily with the Scrum Master or Technical Product Owner and the Agile team on progress made, planned progress for the coming day, and reports any impediments/blockers
  • Participate in code reviews and sprint retrospectives; ensuring their ideas for team continuous improvement are communicated so that the overall process and team can improve sprint by sprint and readily receives feedback for self-improvement
  • Responsible for ensuring the quality of existing and new features through both manual and automated testing and use of continuous Integration techniques
  • Educate and provide guidance to less-experienced staff
