Senior Agile Coach

Location: Onsite in McLean , VA - Monday to Friday

Interview : ASAP

Must Have:

Ideal candidate will have prior experience working as a Scrum Coach and have a solid understanding of software delivery practices.
Must have hands-on coaching experience, including ability to navigate team dynamics and personalities.
Strong product mindset with the ability to understand the product being supported and proactively identify and manage dependencies and risks.
