Summary

The Total Rewards Systems & Analytics Sr. Manager leads the strategy, governance, and operational excellence of Total Rewards (TR) technology, analytics, automation, and reporting. This role is responsible for establishing and advancing the TR dashboard and analytics strategy, overseeing system enhancements and AI/automation priorities, and ensuring the integrity, scalability, and performance of TR systems and survey platforms for Compensation & Benefits.

This role serves as the primary liaison between Total Rewards, HR Technology, IT, Finance, and other enterprise partners. The Sr. Manager will drive data-informed decision-making through robust analytics and reporting while building sustainable processes to support ongoing system operations, enhancement governance, survey management, and portfolio oversight.

This role requires a balance of strategic vision, technical fluency, operational discipline, and people leadership to enable a modern, insight-driven Total Rewards function.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Own the strategy, roadmap, governance, and ongoing operations (O&M) of all Total Rewards systems, including compensation, benefits, market pricing (e.g., MarketPay), survey platforms, dashboards, and related technologies, ensuring stability, compliance, and data integrity.
  • Lead the TR dashboard, analytics, and reporting strategy, delivering actionable insights across compensation, benefits, workforce cost, market competitiveness, and reward effectiveness while ensuring strong data governance and consistency.
  • Establish and manage a structured intake, prioritization, and portfolio governance process for TR systems, analytics, survey cycles, enhancements, and automation initiatives, including oversight of funnel management and regular portfolio reviews.
  • Define and drive the annual TR automation and AI roadmap, overseeing system analysis, requirements development in partnership with TR COEs for new tools, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, scalability, and business value.
  • Serve as the functional authority and sponsor for TR-related system projects, partnering closely with HR Technology, IT, Finance, and external vendors to support integrations, upgrades, testing, enterprise survey participation, and annual market data updates.
  • Lead and develop a team, providing strategic oversight, clear accountability, and professional development while fostering a culture of operational excellence, innovation, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Represent Total Rewards at external conferences and vendor forums for TR-supported tools to evaluate emerging capabilities, assess innovation opportunities, and provide strategic recommendations aligned to the TR roadmap. Ensure alignment and partnership with Finance and HR Technology teams when evaluating and advancing new tools or enhancements.

Qualifications
  • Required:
    • BA/BS degree and 12+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10+ years of prior relevant experience
    • Experience in Human Resources organization
    • Experience within a Total Rewards organization, or on specific Total Rewards projects
    • Prior years experience supervisor/leading teams and/or projects
    • Experience with Workday, Compensation Systems (Pave, Deel, etc), and/or PowerBI Dashboards

  • Preferred:
    • A variety of Total Rewards systems projects which spans Compensation, Executive Compensation, and Benefits
