8+ years as a hands-on IT Reporting Data Analyst

4+ years in reporting/data analysis within Property & Casualty insurance (reinsurance experience a plus)

3+ years hands-on experience with reporting tools (MicroStrategy, Power BI, Tableau, SSRS, Oracle Analytics Cloud)

Working knowledge of insurance source systems (Guidewire, Genius, SAP)

Strong SQL skills and experience with enterprise data warehouses

Understanding of dimensional modeling and enterprise reporting concepts

Must-Have Skills

✓ 8+ years as a hands-on IT Reporting Data Analyst

✓ 4+ years in reporting/data analysis within Property & Casualty insurance

✓ Strong SQL skills

✓ Experience with enterprise data warehouses

✓ Hands-on experience with reporting tools (e.g., MicroStrategy, Power BI, Tableau, SSRS, Oracle Analytics Cloud)

✓ Working knowledge of insurance source systems (Guidewire, Genius, SAP)

✓ Understanding of dimensional modeling and enterprise reporting concepts

Nice-to-Have Skills

· Reinsurance experience

· Experience with supplemental data sources (e.g., HR headcount)

· Familiarity with regulatory and data governance standards

· Experience supporting UAT and investigating data discrepancies

· Experience educating business users on insurance data

· Experience with interim data solutions (Excel, flat files, marts)
