NetSuite Managed Services Consultant

Position: NetSuite Managed Services Consultant
Engagement: Part-time/ contract

Location: Remote – US-based candidates only
 

Role Overview

The consultant will immediately take ownership of two existing client accounts, approximately 35 hours/month per account. They will become the primary NetSuite resource for these clients, handling ongoing support, enhancements, troubleshooting, and client communication.

Must-Have Skills

Please focus on candidates with strong hands-on NetSuite experience in:

• NetSuite Administration / Consulting

• Managed Services / Post-go-live support

• Support ticket management

• Troubleshooting and enhancements

• Saved Searches

• Workflows

• Reports & Dashboards

• Client-facing communication

• Ability to independently manage multiple client priorities

Preferred

• Strong accounting/finance fundamentals

• Experience with GL, AP, AR and financial processes

• Previous experience supporting multiple NetSuite clients/accounts

Candidate Profile

We need someone who is hands-on, client-facing and comfortable working independently. Avoid candidates who are purely functional/implementation-focused without meaningful production support or managed-services experience.
