Agentic AI Engineer

Job Description

Responsibilities

? Design and orchestrate multi-agent systems capable of executing complex workflows.

? Build resilient agent architectures using modern frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, AutoGen) that can interact with APIs, databases, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers.

? Optimize agent performance for latency and accuracy, ensuring scalability.

? Translate research papers and proofs-of-concept into production grade business use cases.

? Engineer scalable pipelines to automate model training and inference.

? Write clear technical design documents (TDDs) and maintain high standards for code quality and documentation.

Qualifications

? Experience in Data Science, with a focus on NLP or Agentic AI.

? Expert proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch or TensorFlow).

? Strong experience with Transformers (HuggingFace) and vector databases (Faiss, Pinecone, Milvus, etc.).

? Experience building with LLM orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph).

? Deep understanding of embedding spaces, clustering algorithms, feature engineering, and dimensionality reduction.
