Avanciers are seeking high-performing, customer-focused sales professionals to join our Home Lending team. As a Home Lending Associate, you will play a key role in helping customers achieve their homeownership goals by guiding them through the mortgage process and delivering an exceptional experience from start to finish.
This role is ideal for motivated individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced sales environment and are passionate about helping customers make one of the most important financial decisions of their lives. Top performers will have the opportunity to grow into licensed Loan Consultant roles over time.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a pipeline of home buyers, refinance customers, and home equity prospects
• Convert leads into qualified opportunities by meeting key sales and conversion targets
• Assist customers with mortgage applications and provide guidance throughout the process
• Handle inbound customer calls and make outbound follow-up calls as needed
• Ensure timely follow-up and responsiveness to prospects
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience by answering questions and providing product knowledge
• Understand customer goals and timelines, offering flexible solutions to meet their needs
• Collaborate with internal teams by sharing customer feedback to improve products, systems, and processes
• Support improvements in internal tools and overall customer journey
Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, including at least 1 year in the mortgage industry
• Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Self-motivated with strong ownership and accountability
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to build rapport with customers from diverse backgrounds
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
