  • Leading system-of-systems integration for autonomous and unmanned platforms across air, land, and maritime domains in joint and multi-domain environments
  • Supporting the development, integration, and evaluation of autonomous behaviors, AI/ML-enabled capabilities, and human-machine teaming concepts
  • Defining system interfaces, data flows, and integration patterns to ensure seamless interoperability across C2 systems, sensors, and communications networks
  • Developing and overseeing verification, validation, and test (VV&T) plans, procedures, and evaluation criteria; supporting integration events, field testing, and operational demonstrations
  • Troubleshooting complex hardware, software, and network integration issues, and resolving interoperability challenges across distributed systems
  • Participating in SAFe Agile ceremonies (PI Planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives) to ensure technical execution aligns with program priorities and delivery timelines
  • Engaging with DoD stakeholders, vendors, and operational users to refine requirements, resolve technical issues, and ensure mission alignment
  • Maintaining comprehensive technical documentation, integration artifacts, test results, and backlog traceability
  • Providing hands-on support during integration events, system validation, and operational experimentation to accelerate delivery of mission-critical capabilities

Required Clearance:

What Required Skills You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in systems engineering or systems integration; additional years experience will be considered in lieu of a degree

  • Experience as a Product Owner, Product Owner Analyst (POA), or similar role in SAFe or Agile environments
  • Proven expertise in system-of-systems integration within DoD or joint operational environments
  • Hands-on experience with verification, validation, and system testing methodologies
  • Proficiency with engineering and Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Jama

  • Familiarity with ROS 2, autonomy stacks, and AI/ML integration pipelines
  • Knowledge of MIL-STD compliance (810, 461, 882E), STANAG 4586, DO-178C, and DO-254
  • Experience with DevSecOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and secure software deployment
