Experience

• 12+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Infrastructure Testing, or Technology Transformation.
• Proven experience supporting Digital Workplace transformation programs.

Technical Skills

• Microsoft 365, Teams, Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online.
• Azure, AWS, Hybrid Cloud environments.
• DevOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code.
• PowerShell, Python, Terraform.
• Selenium, Playwright, API automation frameworks.
• Performance, resiliency, and infrastructure testing tools.
• Observability and monitoring platforms (Dynatrace, Splunk, Azure Monitor, etc.).
• ITIL and Service Management processes.

Job Description

Digital Workplace Quality Strategy

• Define and execute the Quality Engineering vision for Digital Workplace transformation initiatives.
• Establish enterprise-wide quality standards, governance models, and testing frameworks.
• Partner with workplace engineering, infrastructure, security, and business teams to ensure quality objectives align with transformation goals.
• Drive shift-left testing practices throughout infrastructure and workplace service lifecycles.

Infrastructure QE Architecture

• Design scalable QE architectures supporting:
  • End User Computing (EUC)
  • Microsoft 365 ecosystem
  • Collaboration platforms (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange)
  • Endpoint management solutions
  • VDI and Virtual Desktop environments
  • Cloud infrastructure platforms (Azure/AWS)
  • Identity and Access Management systems
  • Network and Security services
• Define reusable automation frameworks for infrastructure validation and release certification.

Test Automation & Engineering

• Lead development of automated testing solutions for:
  • Infrastructure provisioning
  • Workplace migrations
  • Endpoint compliance validation
  • Application compatibility testing
  • Performance and resiliency testing
  • User experience monitoring

Transformation Programs

• Support large-scale Digital Workplace initiatives including:
  • Windows upgrades
  • Microsoft 365 transformation
  • Device modernization
  • Digital employee experience improvements
  • Workspace automation programs
  • Cloud migration initiatives
• Define quality metrics and KPIs to measure transformation success.
• Evaluate and implement AI-enabled testing and quality engineering solutions.
