Detailed Job Description:

·         Lead requirements gathering workshops and stakeholder discussions across business| product| and technology teams

·         Translate business needs into clear| concise| and delivery-ready user stories and functional specifications

·         Work closely with UX| development| and QA teams to ensure requirements are fully understood and implemented as intended

·         Support backlog grooming| sprint planning| and sprint reviews with accurate and prioritized requirements

·         Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders| Salesforce implementation teams| and mobile development teams Ensure traceability between business objectives| functional requirements| and delivered functionality

·         Support change management by assessing impact and updating documentation as requirements evolve.

·         Essential Skills: Strong experience in business analysis| requirements gathering| and documentation for complex digital programs

·         Ability to elicit| analyze| and document business needs across business| product| technology| and vendor teams

·         Proven experience translating business requirements into user stories| functional requirements| and acceptance criteria

·         Experience working on Salesforce-based programs| preferably Experience Cloud| Loyalty Cloud| or similar CRM platforms

·         Strong understanding of Agile Scrum delivery models

·         Experience supporting member-facing or customer-facing digital platforms| preferably in banking or financial services

·         Excellent documentation skills using tools such as JIRA| Confluence| or equivalent Reviewing the code, design and providing expertise in the development and integration of systems
