What You''''ll Do

Depending on the engagement, responsibilities may include:

• Deliver instructor-led SAP training programs
• Conduct virtual and onsite workshops
• Develop and customize training materials
• Lead knowledge transfer sessions for functional and technical teams
• Mentor consultants, developers, business users, and project stakeholders
• Support user adoption during SAP implementations and upgrades
• Provide best-practice guidance based on real-world implementation experience
• Collaborate with project leadership to align training with business objectives

Preferred Qualifications

• Five (5)+ years of SAP consulting, implementation, or enterprise training experience
• Hands-on experience implementing one or more SAP solutions
• Experience developing and delivering instructor-led training
• Ability to explain complex SAP concepts to both technical and business audiences
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
• Experience supporting enterprise digital transformation initiatives
• Ability to travel when required for client engagements
