Job Description: ServiceNow Developer
(FSM / Nuvolo)
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong Field Service
Management (FSM) and/or Nuvolo experience to support enterprise service
management and field operations initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions with a focus on FSM
and integrated workplace management using Nuvolo.
This role requires hands-on ServiceNow development expertise, strong technical skills,
and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable and
efficient solutions.
Key Responsibilities
ServiceNow Development & Customization
• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions using best practices.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow modules, especially Field Service
Management (FSM).
• Develop workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and Script
Includes.
• Create custom applications and integrations within the ServiceNow platform.
FSM and Nuvolo Implementation
• Implement and support ServiceNow Field Service Management solutions.
• Configure scheduling, dispatching, workforce management, and mobile
capabilities.
• Implement and support Nuvolo solutions for asset management, facilities
management, or healthcare environments.
• Customize Nuvolo modules based on business requirements.
Integration & Automation
• Develop integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems using REST,
SOAP, and APIs.
• Work with third-party systems such as ERP, asset management, and monitoring
tools.
• Automate business processes using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
Platform Support & Enhancement
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Perform platform upgrades, patching, and enhancements.
• Ensure platform performance, security, and scalability.
Collaboration & Documentation
• Work closely with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders.
• Participate in requirement gathering, design discussions, and solution reviews.
• Maintain technical documentation and deployment procedures.
Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development
• Strong experience with ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM)
• Experience with Nuvolo platform implementation or support
• Experience with JavaScript, Glide scripting, and ServiceNow APIs
• Experience with ServiceNow modules such as:
o ITSM
o FSM
o CMDB
o Asset Management
• Experience with integrations using:
o REST APIs
o SOAP
o IntegrationHub
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and platform capabilities
