Job Summary

We are seeking a Software Integration & Application Developer to support, enhance, and implement enterprise applications and integration solutions across the agency. The ideal candidate will have experience with MuleSoft, Microsoft Dynamics 365, .NET, Java, Azure, Talend, ETPL, and database technologies.

This role will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external agencies to design and deliver scalable solutions, maintain existing applications, and support new technology initiatives within an Agile development environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and support MuleSoft APIs and integration solutions across the agency.
• Provide ongoing support and enhancements for existing Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications.
• Maintain and enhance custom applications developed using .NET, Java, and related technologies.
• Support ETPL across multiple applications and the Dynamics 365 environment.
• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot solutions across various database technologies.
• Design and implement new applications and system solutions based on business and customer requirements.
• Maintain and support Azure WebJobs, MuleSoft, and Talend solutions used for data integration and data transfer across enterprise systems.
• Troubleshoot application, integration, API, and data-related issues and implement effective solutions.
• Evaluate and adopt new technologies, development frameworks, integration patterns, and design approaches.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, developers, and other agencies to gather requirements and define technical solutions.
• Enhance existing applications to improve performance, scalability, reliability, and user experience.
• Participate in Agile development activities, including requirements analysis, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Follow established software development, integration, security, and documentation standards.
• Contribute to establishing and improving structured development processes, standards, and best practices.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in application development, integration, or enterprise systems support.
• Hands-on experience with MuleSoft/API development and integration.
• Experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications.
• Strong knowledge of .NET and/or Java application development.
• Experience with Azure services, particularly Azure WebJobs.
• Experience with Talend or similar data integration/ETL platforms.
• Knowledge of relational databases and database technologies.
• Experience working with REST APIs, web services, and enterprise integrations.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
