Job Title: Junior Java Developer

Location: Plano, TX (Onsite/Hybrid)

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Junior Java Developer to join our development team supporting enterprise applications for AT&T. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Java, basic knowledge of web technologies, and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, test, and maintain Java-based applications

Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code

Assist in debugging and resolving technical issues

Collaborate with senior developers, QA, and business teams

Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)

Work on REST APIs and backend services

Support application deployment and maintenance activities

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Java (Core Java, OOP concepts)

Basic understanding of Spring / Spring Boot

Familiarity with RESTful APIs

Knowledge of SQL / relational databases (MySQL, Oracle, etc.)

Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript

Basic knowledge of Git / version control

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
