  • Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Apply software engineering best practices, including object-oriented design, design patterns, algorithms, and data structures, to build maintainable and scalable applications.
  • Support the development and integration of mission-critical systems related to criminal justice, public safety, critical infrastructure, or emergency response.
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years (84 months) of experience developing highly available and scalable multi-tier enterprise applications using Object-Oriented or Service-Oriented Architecture (OOA/SOA), including data structures, algorithms, software design, and design patterns.
  • 7+ years (84 months) of hands-on experience developing applications using C#, .NET Framework (3.0+), and/or .NET Core/.NET.
  • 5+ years (60 months) of experience developing and supporting ASP.NET MVC or ASP.NET Core MVC web applications.

  • 6+ years (72 months) of experience developing and consuming RESTful and non-RESTful web services using ASMX, WCF, and Web API.
  • 3+ years (36 months) of experience with front-end technologies including React, Angular, and Bootstrap.
  • 7+ years (84 months) of experience writing advanced SQL, including stored procedures, functions, views, and complex queries in Oracle or SQL Server.

  • 4+ years (48 months) of experience developing, implementing, or integrating systems supporting criminal justice, public safety, critical infrastructure, or emergency response environments.
