Summary

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable Java applications
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions
Participate in full software development life cycle (SDLC) including analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment
Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code following best practices
Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance
Ensure application security, scalability, and reliability

Required Skills & Qualifications:

10+ years of hands-on experience in Java/J2EE development
Strong experience with Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA
Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices
Proficiency in SQL and relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL)
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Maven/Gradle
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform is a plus)
Strong understanding of OOP, design patterns, and data structures
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
