Pay Range: $80 - $90/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor system health and troubleshoot incidents.
- Resolve application issues in partnership with IT, operations, and engineering teams.
- Provide day-to-day operational support and execute maintenance tasks.
- Ensure timely escalation for high-priority or complex issues.
- Manage configuration changes and validate system updates.
- Support deployments while ensuring minimal impact to manufacturing operations.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in operations and maintenance support for manufacturing systems.
