Seeking an innovative, business-savvy Senior AI Engineer to join our core AI acceleration pod team. In this role, you won't just write isolated code you will sit at the intersection of cutting-edge AI capabilities and real-world business strategy. Working daily with our Underwriting business units, you will design, iterate, and build high-impact AI prototypes, custom portals, and advanced RAG frameworks to solve complex enterprise problems. This is an elite, fast-paced prototyping environment where your solutions will set the blueprint for our downstream Industrialization Team to scale into enterprise-wide production. If you are a cross-functional "people person" who loves leveraging advanced AI-assisted tools to build things quickly, this role is built for you
Required Skills - AI Prototyping & Frameworks AI-Assisted Tooling Literacy: (such as Claude Code (preferred) or Cursor or CoPilot) Domain Expertise: Insurance or Financial Services
