- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field - or equivalent professional experience
- 3-7+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, or related roles
- Strong working knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Proven experience owning backlogs and executing against product roadmaps
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to guide decisions (SQL, analytics platforms, A/B testing, etc.)
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and attention to detail
- Exceptional organization and project management skills; comfortable juggling multiple initiatives
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, operations, and client-facing teams
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar platforms
- Customer-first mindset with a passion for solving real problems
