Baer is looking for ServiceNow Developer for a 5+ month remote project
Title: ServiceNow Developer
Location: Remote with travel once a month to Cincinatti, Ohio
Duration: 5 months with possible extension
Rate: Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed
Alignment: W2 or Individual C2C (Vendors Not Permitted)
Description:
- Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications to meet business and technical requirements.
- Utilize deep knowledge of the FSO module to implement and optimize financial service workflows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure seamless integrations.
- Support and enhance banking-related operations within ServiceNow, including debit card dispute management.
- Ensure alignment of ServiceNow functionality with organizational and compliance standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as needed.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of hands-on experience working with ServiceNow.
- Certified Implementation Specialist Customer Service Management (CIS CSM) certification required.
- Proven experience working with the ServiceNow FSO module.
- Strong understanding of banking operations and financial services processes.
- Experience managing debit card disputes in a banking or financial services environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and technical proficiency.
- Willingness to travel to Cincinnati, Ohio, once a month.
