Summary

A Dynamics 365 CE Functional Principal Consultant at Argano is a senior professional in the consulting family who provides leadership and guidance on complex issues. They are subject matter experts in their field of proficiency and can communicate the impact their recommendations will have across other workstreams and how it will impact the client's business objectives. They lead activities related to their workstream with clients and lead project management responsibilities related to their field of proficiency. They are responsible for delivering quality work within their field of proficiency within large client projects and leading the activities of other consultants. They provide expert advice, guidance, and solutions related to technology and information systems. They are mentors to other consultants and lead the activities of consultants in complicated workstreams to deliver quality work that will drive customer satisfaction. They model excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well within a project team or program.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead client facing discovery & analysis sessions
  • Define and document end-to-end customer journey solutions across multiple CE workloads.
  • Translate complex business needs into scalable, user-centric Dynamics 365 CE configurations.
  • Partner with solution architects on system design, integrations, data strategy, security, and extensibility.
  • Review and approve functional designs, configuration decisions, and documentation
  • Document business requirements and designs in Azure DevOps
  • Configuration of system based on documented design
  • Coordinate and facilitate communication between Argano and the Client project team members as needed to ensure smooth collaboration and project success.
  • Assist Client SMEs in the execution of Sprint and UAT activities.
  • Support pre-sales activities including solution strategy, scoping, and estimations.
  • Mentor and support functional consultants of all experience levels
  • Establish and enforce functional delivery standards and best practices for CE implementations.
  • Promote continuous improvement in delivery quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.

MINIMUM AND/OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor s degree in information systems management, Computer Science, or related experience

EXPERIENCE:

  • 8+ years of experience implementing Dynamics 365 CE/CRM with 8-10 medium to enterprise size projects
  • Proven experience leading enterprise or multi-workload CE implementations
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Deep understanding of D365 CE functional and technical capabilities.
  • Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI), Office 365, Copilot, Azure, and other related technologies
  • Proven experience in business process design and customer journey mapping
  • Experience with Agile project delivery including user story documentation, estimation & backlog management
  • Strong advocate for adherence to standards, best practices, and delivery processes.
  • Highly motivated, self-starter with the ability to take ownership of tasks and activities and drive them to completion.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% depending on project complexity and customer expectations.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Current on Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement and related technologies, particularly Power platform, and supporting technologies.
  • Current Dynamics 365 CE certifications focused on Sales, Customer Service, and Customer Insights, Azure AI.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a constantly changing environment.
  • Familiar with Agile implementation methodologies including Scrum.
  • Experience working with a multicultural and/or multilingual team across several time zones.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work in a cross functional team.
