Summary

Hansen Talent Group is seeking a strong IT Technician with in-depth experience supporting end-user equipment and LAN equipment. This is a full-time, contract position working 100% onsite with a great team offering longevity and upward mobility!

The LAN Support Technician will be responsible for providing hardware support to end-users to ensure business operations and objectives can be met.

Duties:

Install and set up end-user hardware to include PCs, printers, and peripheral equipment as well as provide on-going system administration.
Support LAN, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, including connectivity issues, performance problems.
Install and configure desktop applications and utilize SCCM for pushing packages and updates. Ensure end-users have access to the tools and applications needed for their role.
Manage Active Directory user profiles and access.
Provide break/fix support for desktop computers.
Troubleshoot all hardware and software related issues, providing equipment replacements as needed.
Support IT asset tracking and documentation.

Qualifications:

Hands-on technical support of end-user equipment and local area networks
Active Directory
VPNs
