RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Clinical Technology Project Manager for a hybrid opportunity for the Seattle, WA area.

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Clinical Technology Project Manager to lead a critical technology workstream supporting a large-scale hospital construction, activation, and facility move initiative. This role is responsible for driving operational readiness, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful execution of technology-related project deliverables.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned project leader with 15-20+ years of experience leading complex healthcare technology, hospital activation, construction, infrastructure, or operational readiness initiatives. They bring executive presence, strong organizational skills, and exceptional communication abilities, with a proven track record of engaging executive stakeholders, project teams, and vendors while driving project execution in fast-paced environments.

Key responsibilities include developing and managing project plans and schedules, coordinating stakeholders across technology and operational teams, monitoring project risks and dependencies, supporting budget planning and financial reporting, overseeing procurement and vendor activities, and ensuring all deliverables meet organizational standards. This individual will serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, facilitate critical decision-making, and help ensure a smooth and successful facility activation.

Candidates must reside in the Seattle area and be available for regular onsite work throughout the engagement.

REQUIREMENTS:
* 10+ years of progressive project management experience leading medium to large-scale enterprise initiatives
* Experience leading healthcare technology, hospital activation, construction, infrastructure, relocation, or operational readiness projects
* Proven ability to develop and manage complex project schedules, work plans, timelines, and resource plans
* Strong leadership skills with experience coordinating cross-functional teams, vendors, business stakeholders, and executive leadership
* Experience managing project risks, dependencies, issues, escalations, and operational readiness activities
* Strong financial acumen with experience supporting project budgets, labor forecasting, procurement activities, and financial reporting
* Demonstrated vendor management experience, including oversight of third-party resources and deliverables
* Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, including experience interacting with executive leaders
* Proficiency with project management tools, scheduling software, resource tracking, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams, Planner, Excel, Word, and Copilot
* Ability to manage multiple high-priority workstreams simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and project governance requirements
* Strong documentation skills, including project plans, schedules, status reporting, executive updates, meeting facilitation, and lessons learned documentation

Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
* PMP certification
* Experience working within large healthcare systems, hospital construction projects, facility activations, or major enterprise transformation initiatives
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while driving alignment across diverse stakeholder groups

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
