Workday Finance Functional Consultant R2R & P2P

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Workday Finance Functional Consultant to lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of our Workday Financial Management modules. You will be the subject matter expert driving core finance transformations, focusing heavily on Record-to-Report (R2R) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) workstreams. In this role, you will bridge the gap between finance business operations and technical system designs to scale our financial systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 3 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing or supporting Workday Financials.
Domain Expertise: Should have experience of R2R (General Ledger, Period Close) and P2P (Accounts Payable, Procurement) cycles.
Technical Savvy: High proficiency in Workday reporting, calculated fields, security matrices, and business process configurations.
Certifications: Active Workday Financials certification (highly preferred in P2P or R2R).
Education: Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Information Systems.
