Job Description:

Role Summary:

Support Pharma manufacturing/lab IT environments by handling end-user devices, infrastructure troubleshooting, and onsite IT operations.

 

Required Skills:

  • 4+ years desktop / onsite IT support experience
  • Manufacturing / lab / data center IT environment experience
  • Strong troubleshooting (hardware, network, AV, devices)
  • Knowledge of GMP / GxP environments
  • Basic Microsoft/server support skills
  • Strong communication and coordination with multiple teams/OEMs
  • Attention to detail and quality-focused mindset

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support manufacturing/lab IT systems (PCs, scanners, Zebra printers, rugged devices, test equipment PCs)
  • Troubleshoot AV systems (projectors, mics, speakers, cameras, displays)
  • Provide L1/L2 support for network devices (routers, switches, APs – rack & stack)
  • Handle incident root cause analysis for IT devices and mobility issues
  • Perform IT asset lifecycle management (inventory, imaging, allocation, disposal)
  • Coordinate power shutdowns and data center maintenance activities
  • Provide onsite “smart hands” support and vendor coordination
  • Ensure LAN, Wi-Fi, printers, voice, and video systems availability
  • Work in GMP/GxP and clean room environments with strict compliance
  • Follow change control, safety, and access protocols (no unauthorized reboots/patching)
  • Support P1/P2 critical incidents with spares and rapid response
