Project Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Juno Beach, FL that is seeking a Project Manager.

Responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of assigned products and solutions from initial discovery through development, implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement
* Leverage technical, commercial, and financial expertise to support and guide the broader team towards overall project, business unit, and/or corporate targets
* Formulate and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy that aligns with business goals and user needs
* Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities and stakeholder expectations
* Collaborate closely with software developers, IT, and other teams to drive product initiatives and deliver scalable, best-in-class solutions
* Engage with internal customers and stakeholders to understand their needs, define requirements, gather feedback, and ensure the products deliver measurable value
* Define and track key performance indicators to measure product success and drive continuous improvement
* Conduct business-process analysis and technology assessments to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks related to product development
* Provide regular updates to leaders and stakeholders on product progress, key achievements, and strategic direction
* Support the larger ECSC team with process, tool, and training initiatives
* Perform other job-related duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
* Product management, product ownership, business analysis, or project management experience
* Strong financial and data analysis skillset
* Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
* Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams

Preferred:
* Project Management Professional (PMP)
* Experience in energy industry, and/or supply chain
* Experience in product management, product ownership, digital transformation, analytics, automation, or enterprise technology

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
