Position Details:

Desk Side Support- Florham Park, NJ

Location : Florham Park, NJ 07932 - Onsite

Project Duration : 09+ Months (Contract to Hire)
Pay rate : $37/hr. on w2

Job Description:

Install, configure, and maintain desktop hardware, software, printers, and peripherals.
Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for end users via in-person, phone, and remote assistance.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access in Active Directory and other systems.
Perform routine maintenance tasks, including updates, patches, and antivirus management.
Monitor and resolve help desk tickets and document solutions in the ticketing system.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues on desktops and laptops.
Set up and deploy computers and mobile devices according to organizational standards.
Ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures.
Maintain inventory of hardware and software assets.
Collaborate with network and system administrators for escalated issues or larger projects.
Asset Management and imaging
Assist with IT onboarding/off boarding processes for employees.

Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for end users
