- Implement secure prompt management, role-based access controls, and auditability across agent and automation solutions.
- Integrate automation and AI tools with enterprise systems such as ticketing platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and knowledge bases through secure APIs.
- Map automated workflows and controls to NIST SP 800-53 Rev. 5 and FedRAMP requirements.
- Support the delivery of compliance-ready artifacts, including continuous monitoring inputs and compliance dashboards.
- Build and enhance secure-by-design practices across DevSecOps pipelines.
- Identify automation opportunities and develop security automation that reduces manual effort and improves visibility into risk.
- Partner with engineering teams to implement SAST, DAST, infrastructure-as-code checks, and vulnerability scanning in CI/CD processes.
- Develop APIs and orchestration logic to automate security scanning workflows and evidence capture.
- Support private certificate authority management and code signing automation for secure release processes.
- Translate technical findings into clear, decision-ready insights for leadership and risk stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve transparency, efficiency, and compliance outcomes.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Knowledge of secure development practices and DevSecOps concepts.
- Ability to work with source control and developer platforms across CI/CD environments.
- Experience with vulnerability scanning, compliance tools, quality scanning tools, SAST, DAST, and infrastructure-as-code tooling.
- Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Skills
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or CRISC.
- Experience enabling DevSecOps at scale through security testing automation and policy development.
- Experience administering code repositories and build systems within CI/CD pipelines.
- Background building and deploying AI agents, including RAG, orchestration, and tool/function calling, in regulated environments.
- Direct experience with NIST SP 800-53 Rev. 5 and FedRAMP.
- Experience managing OSCAL artifacts and GRC ingestion processes.
- Familiarity with private certificate authorities and code signing automation.
- Experience turning complex technical findings into concise executive-level insights.
