Summary
Seeking an experienced Legal Videographer / Trial Technology Specialist with prior hot-seat and courtroom presentation experience to support depositions, trials, and litigation teams.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional legal videography for depositions and litigation matters
- Provide live courtroom hot-seat and trial presentation support
- Present exhibits, documents, deposition clips, demonstratives, and other evidence during trial
- Prepare and manage trial presentation databases and media
- Operate OnCue, TrialDirector, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, and related litigation software
- Set up and troubleshoot video, audio, courtroom, and war-room technology
- Coordinate professionally with attorneys, paralegals, court reporters, and litigation teams
- Assist with equipment setup, testing, and breakdown
Qualifications
- Prior legal videography experience
- Previous hot-seat or courtroom trial technology experience
- Familiarity with OnCue and/or TrialDirector strongly preferred
- Strong video, audio, AV, and computer troubleshooting skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organization
- Professional, dependable, and calm in high-pressure environments
- Ability to work extended trial hours and travel when required
