Job Overview

As an Engineer in Maintenance Planning, you will take charge of coordinating complex maintenance and repair projects while driving improvements and digitalization efforts in your production area.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with Industrial Engineering to optimize processes and machinery continuously.
  • Conduct thorough failure and damage analyses on constructions, evaluating and recommending alternative solutions.
  • Plan and manage assigned maintenance or repair projects, coordinating across multiple technical disciplines and resources.
  • Maintain accurate technical documentation for processes and equipment to ensure operational reliability.
  • Oversee digitalization projects, working with internal teams and external partners to implement technological advancements.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering-related field
  • At least 1 year of relevant maintenance experience specifcily with Preventive Maintenance
  • Proven ability to plan and execute complex maintenance and repair projects
  • Familiarity with digitalization initiatives and project coordination
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a technical focus
  • External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorship
