We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join the Technology Governance Office. This unique role integrates vendor governance, delivery excellence, and strategic business partnering to ensure reliable operations, predictable outcomes, and continuous improvement across the organization.
Key Accountability Areas
- The role spans three primary pillars of responsibility:
- Service Governance Manager: Managing the Managed Service Provider (MSP) partnership.
- Business Solutions Manager (BSM): Overseeing the Infrastructure & Operations (I&O) portfolio.
- Cross-Functional Project Manager: Leading strategic IT initiatives from inception to closure.
1. Service Governance & MSP Management
- Governance Design: Design, operate, and continuously improve a multi-tiered governance model (Executive, Management, and Operational levels).
- Performance Management: Oversee SLA/SLO scorecards, ensuring timely reporting, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
- Experience Management: Establish and manage Experience Level Agreements (XLAs).
- Operational Clarity: Facilitate updates to operational handbooks with clear decision rights, escalation paths, and communication channels.
- Continuous Improvement: Build and manage an innovation backlog with quantified value; track and communicate realized benefits.
- Contractual Compliance: Partner with Procurement, Legal, and Finance on SOWs, contract obligations, and governance standards.
- Strategic Partnering: Serve as the strategic partner for the I&O tower to shape demand and maintain a value-driven portfolio.
- Roadmap Development: Maintain capability roadmaps and guide investment readiness (business cases, resourcing, and deployment).
- Portfolio Reviews: Lead recurring reviews connecting outcomes, costs, KPIs, and benefits.
- Integration: Drive cross-tower integration and adherence to PMO delivery standards.
- Enhancement Oversight: Act as the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for minor enhancements; evaluate and prioritize the backlog.
- End-to-End Leadership: Lead multi-tower projects using fit-for-purpose methods (Agile, Hybrid, Waterfall/IPEC).
- Resource Coordination: Manage integrated schedules, critical paths, and RAID logs across Digital towers.
- Operational Readiness: Facilitate structured transitions to operations, including knowledge transfers and support models.
- Executive Communication: Provide high-level storytelling and status updates on risks, decisions, and progress.

- Problem Solving: Advanced analytical, conflict resolution, and prioritization skills.
- Project Leadership: Proven experience leading IT projects using Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Vendor Governance: Demonstrated experience managing high-stakes vendor/MSP relationships.
- Portfolio Management: Experience connecting roadmaps and investments to tangible business value.
- Tool Proficiency: * Project Management: Planview, ServiceNow.
- Data/Presentation: Advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
