Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: End-to-end ownership of large-scale PLM projects from initiation, planning, and execution through to closure.

• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between business units, IT teams, and external vendors/integrators to ensure alignment on scope and deliverables.

• Scope & Schedule Control: Define project scope, create detailed work breakdown structures (WBS), manage timelines, and proactively mitigate risks and issues.

• Resource & Budget Management: Manage project budgets, forecast resource needs, and allocate technical and functional assets efficiently.

• Change Management: Drive organizational change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new PLM software and processes across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams.

• Governance & Reporting: Establish project governance structures and provide regular, transparent status reports and KPIs to executive leadership.
