Job Title: Senior AI Architect

Experience Required

• 8–10+ years of experience in Software Engineering or Data Architecture.

• Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience designing and deploying AI/ML systems in production environments.

Required Skills & Experience

Enterprise AI Strategy

• Lead the transition of AI initiatives from Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to scalable enterprise production systems.

• Define AI architecture strategies aligned with business objectives.

AI Technology Selection

• Evaluate and recommend appropriate AI technologies including:

  • Deep Learning

  • Natural Language Processing (NLP)

  • Computer Vision

  • Generative AI

• Select technologies based on business requirements, cost, latency, scalability, and data privacy considerations.

AI Architecture Design

• Design end-to-end AI solutions including:

  • Data ingestion

  • Model training and fine-tuning

  • Model deployment

  • Monitoring and optimization

MLOps & Infrastructure

• Design and implement MLOps frameworks.

• Develop CI/CD and Continuous Training (CT) pipelines for AI models.

• Monitor model performance and prevent model drift.

Data Architecture & Integration

• Collaborate with Data Engineering teams to design scalable AI data architectures.

• Build and integrate vector databases.

• Design Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) workflows.

• Strong understanding of SQL and modern Data Warehousing platforms such as Snowflake and BigQuery.

AI Governance & Security

• Establish AI governance frameworks and guardrails.

• Ensure AI models are:

  • Fair and transparent

  • Secure against adversarial attacks

  • Compliant with GDPR, CCPA, and other data privacy regulations

Cost Management

• Optimize infrastructure costs associated with AI workloads.

• Experience managing:

  • GPU utilization

  • Token optimization

  • Large-scale AI compute resources

Communication & Leadership

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to present complex AI concepts and technical solutions to executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders.

• Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance across cross-functional teams.
