Title: Salesforce Tech Lead (Full-Time & On-site)
Location: Tallahassee, FL || Duration: Full-Time
Required Skills and Experience
* Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements.
* Drive end-to-end project execution, including planning, development, testing, and deployment.
* Manage and mentor offshore development teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
* Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
* Conduct discovery sessions, gather requirements, and translate them into technical solutions.
* Develop Proof of Concepts (POCs) and deliver product demos to clients.
* Engage in technical discussions with clients and provide architectural guidance.
* Perform hands-on development using Salesforce technologies including: Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex (Triggers, Classes, Batch Apex), Salesforce Flows, etc.
* Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment are followed.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, QA, and DevOps.
* Knowledge of Aura framework and Visualforce pages.
* Experience in handling complex customizations within Salesforce.
Preferred Skills and Experience
* Hands-on experience with OmniStudio components, including FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.
* Experience working with Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud (Community Cloud).
