Responsibilities

Technical Solution Implementation

    • Project Alignment: Partner with IMs to define technical milestones within the broader project plan, providing accurate ETAs for deliverables.
    • Strategic Scoping: Assist IMs in identifying potential technical "blockers" early in the implementation lifecycle and proposing creative workarounds.
    • Client Communication: Support IMs during technical deep-dives with clients, translating complex technical processes into business-value outcomes.
    • Handover Excellence: Ensure all custom configurations are documented clearly so IMs can support the client post-implementation.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Support

    • Internal Consultancy: Act as a technical subject matter expert for Sales and IMs, providing API consultation and high-level support.
    • Sales Enablement: Serve as the technical point of contact for non-technical sales teams, equipping them with the right information to set realistic customer expectations.
    • Systems Integration: Work across departments to ensure delivery systems are fully integrated with internal business tools and workflows.
