Job Overview We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with 8+ years of hands-on expertise to join our team for a long-term engagement. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure across AMS support, SAP implementation, and project environments, with the ability to work closely with business and technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities - Provide end-to-end support for SAP FICO (Financial Accounting & Controlling) modules
- Handle Application Management Support (AMS) activities including incident resolution, enhancements, and continuous improvements
- Participate in SAP implementation and rollout projects, including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment
- Work closely with business users to understand financial processes and translate them into SAP solutions
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities
- Ensure system stability, performance, and compliance with business requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SD, MM, ABAP) for integrations
Required Skills & Experience - 8+ years of experience in SAP FICO
- Strong experience in GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting (AA)
- Proven experience in AMS support projects
- Hands-on experience in SAP implementation / rollout projects
- Good understanding of integration with SD/MM modules
- Experience with financial closing processes
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills
Preferred Qualifications - Experience in S/4HANA is a plus
- Exposure to banking integrations / payment processes is an advantage
- SAP Certification is preferred
