Production designer

Pay Range:$28/hr-$32/hr

Title:Production Designer

• Responsibilities:
  Design and produce visual assets for events, presentations, and branded experiences
  Create event graphics and materials, including:
  On-screen graphics (ppt, keynote, slides)
  Signage and environmental graphics
  Printed collateral
  Digital event assets
  Design layouts for print and digital materials including:
  Posters and signage
  Booklets and printed collateral
  Social graphics
  Presentation decks
  Website graphics
  Email signatures
  Assist with creative production needs for events, including preparing signage, updating slides, and supporting design adjustments as needed
  Maintain strong typographic standards and visual consistency across projects
  Prepare organized, production-ready files for print and digital distribution
  Collaborate with the Art Director and creative team to execute design concepts
  Coordinate with vendors and production partners when needed
  Assist with light motion graphics or animation when appropriate


• Must Have s:


• Strong typography and layout skills
  Proficiency in Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop required)
  Proficiency in PowerPoint, Keynote, Canva, and Slides
  Ability to design for both print and digital formats
  Strong attention to detail and production file organization
  Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  Comfortable managing multiple projects and shifting priorities
  1 3 years of professional design experience or equivalent portfolio


• Plusses:


• Experience designing for live events or presentations
  Experience supporting live event production
  Motion graphics or animation experience
