Job Description: MDM Integration Specialist
Location: San Diego, CA (Onsite)

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced MDM Integration Specialist to design, develop, and support enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) and integration solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in MDM platforms/frameworks, enterprise integrations, APIs, databases, and modern integration technologies, along with the ability to collaborate effectively across global teams.

Required Skills & Experience
MDM & Integration
6+ years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM) applications, architecture, and implementation methodologies.
6+ years of hands-on experience with custom-built MDM frameworks (.NET) or Informatica MDM.
Strong experience designing and implementing enterprise integration solutions.
Experience in ETL/ELT design and development.

API & Web Services
5+ years of experience working with:
REST APIs
SOAP Web Services
OData
JSON
XML
API Security Standards

Programming
2+ years of experience with:
JavaScript
Python

Database Technologies
5+ years of advanced SQL development experience in:
Oracle
SQL Server
PostgreSQL
Snowflake

Integration Platforms
2+ years of hands-on experience with one or more integration platforms:
XI-ION (Preferred)
Informatica IDMC / IICS

Messaging & Event-Driven Architecture
Experience with message-oriented middleware and event-driven integration technologies such as:
Kafka
Service Bus
MQ
Similar messaging platforms

DevOps & Version Control
Experience with:
Git
GitHub
Azure DevOps
CI/CD tools and practices

Soft Skills
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Experience leading technical discussions, solution design workshops, and integration initiatives.

Nice-to-Have Skills

Amazon Web Services (AWS)

Preferred Candidate Profile
Strong background in enterprise MDM and integration architecture.
Proven experience in implementing scalable data integration solutions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Local to San Diego, CA or willing to work onsite.
