About the Role
Our staffing firm is partnering with a global leader in water, hygiene, infection prevention, and sustainability solutions to identify an experienced IT Operations Analyst. This position provides high-touch technical support to executive leadership and key business stakeholders in a corporate headquarters environment.
The ideal candidate is a customer-focused IT professional with strong technical troubleshooting skills, experience supporting executive-level users, and the ability to deliver exceptional service in fast-paced, high-visibility situations. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with leadership teams while supporting critical technology, collaboration tools, and executive events.
Job Description
As an IT Operations Analyst, you will serve as a trusted technology partner to executives and their support staff, ensuring a seamless IT experience across office locations, meetings, and special events.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide hands-on and remote technical support for hardware, software, and end-user computing issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, laptop, mobile device, and peripheral-related issues.
  • Install, configure, and support business applications and productivity tools.
  • Support audio/visual, video conferencing, and collaboration technologies for executive meetings and events.
  • Coordinate and troubleshoot AV setups for on-site and off-site leadership meetings.
  • Deliver white-glove support to executive stakeholders and their administrative teams.
  • Collaborate with internal support teams to identify root causes, escalate issues when necessary, and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop, maintain, and improve knowledge base articles and support documentation.
  • Conduct site evaluations and technology readiness assessments for executive and board-level events.
  • Support Windows, macOS, and mobile operating systems while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
  • Participate in occasional evening, weekend, and off-site support activities as business needs require.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field OR High School Diploma/GED with equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum 4 years of professional experience in IT, technology operations, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a technical support or end-user support role.
  • Experience troubleshooting and supporting Windows, macOS, and mobile operating systems.
  • Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and other enterprise productivity applications.
  • Knowledge of audio/visual technologies, conferencing platforms, and meeting room support.
  • Experience working with ticketing systems and meeting established service level agreements (SLAs) and operational level agreements (OLAs).
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build trust and credibility with senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends.
  • Willingness to travel locally and support off-site meetings and events.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience providing direct technical support to C-suite executives and senior leadership teams.
  • Experience leading, mentoring, or guiding technical support personnel.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving business environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to perform root-cause analysis.
  • Proven ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
  • Collaborative mindset with strong relationship-building and teamwork skills.
