Introduction:
We are looking for a CEO who will drive organizational vision, strategy, and growth, acting as the primary link between the board and operations. The CEO will be responsible for product-market fit, capital allocation, talent acquisition, and scaling technology infrastructure, while fostering a culture of innovation and data-driven decision-making to maintain competitive advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Vision & Product Direction: Defining the long-term roadmap, identifying new market opportunities, and ensuring product-market fit.
- Technical & Operational Leadership: Overseeing R&D, software development lifecycles, and ensuring efficient, scalable, and secure technology delivery.
- Financial Management & Growth: Managing P&L, securing funding (especially in startups), driving revenue growth, and optimizing resources.
- Talent Acquisition & Culture: Building a high-performing engineering and executive team, nurturing a culture of creativity, and managing organizational change.
- Stakeholder Communication: Acting as the public face of the company, communicating with investors, board members, customers, and partners.
- Risk Mitigation & Governance: Managing intellectual property risk, data security, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
