Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Wireless Network Engineer responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise wireless network solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in wireless technologies, troubleshooting, and maintaining secure and high-performance wireless infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Design, deploy, and maintain wireless LAN (WLAN) networks.
Configure and manage wireless controllers, access points, and related infrastructure.
Monitor wireless network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.Perform wireless site surveys and optimize network coverage.
Implement wireless security protocols and ensure network compliance.
Work with network teams to integrate wireless solutions with existing network infrastructure.
Provide support for wireless connectivity issues across enterprise environments.
Maintain documentation for network design, configuration, and troubleshooting procedures.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of WLAN technologies and standards (802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax).
Experience with Cisco, Aruba, or similar wireless networking solutions.
Hands-on experience with wireless controllers and access points.
Knowledge of network protocols such as TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and VLANs.
Experience in network troubleshooting and performance monitoring.
Familiarity with wireless security protocols(WPA2, WPA3, 802.1X).
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CWNA, or CWNP.
Experience in enterprise wireless deployments and site surveys.
