This role focuses on gathering requirements, designing robust CI/CD pipelines, and delivering hands-on development across Salesforce, SQL, Java, and web services. The ideal candidate communicates complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences and brings multiple Salesforce certifications to the table.

• 5+ years gathering and analyzing business and technical requirements with stakeholders
• Designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines, pipeline-as-code, branching strategies, automated code reviews and testing aligned with goals
• 5+ years hands-on Salesforce, SQL, Java, and web services development
• Strong ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
• Salesforce certifications (2-3; Salesforce Architect certification preferred) and enterprise-level implementation experience
